Common questions

• How do I report a bad spot? Open the spot, tap the flag icon at the top, and choose a reason. Our team reviews every report.
• Someone is harassing me. What can I do? Open their profile and tap Block — their spots and reviews will be hidden from you. You can also report them via email.
• How do I delete my account? Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, spots, reviews, and badges.
• Do I have to share my location? No. Location access only centers the map on you and places the pin when you add a spot. You can deny it and still browse the map.
• A spot is on private property. Please report it with the flag icon so we can remove it. Only post spots the public can legally access.
